Refund policy

As a small business we are proud to offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return should you not be completely happy with your your items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a resalable condition which means it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase (the order confirmation you received by email). 

Customer will be responsible for cost of return, must be returned by a tracked shipping method. To start a return, please email info@gemandiuk.com. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product to be sent to gemandiuk@gmail.com 

Please send an email to gemandiuk@gmail.com and we will inform you on how to return your items. 

Personalised items and earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards can not be returned.
